POSITION: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT [H]

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance results
• Successful applicant to meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity;
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance results.

Responsibilities

• Implement Supply Chain Management policy guidelines and procedures;
• Participate in pre-qualification of suppliers and maintenance of pre-qualification documents for record purpose;
• Assist in undertaking market surveys and research to determine market rates;
• Participate in procurement planning and consolidation of annual procurement plan within the department;
• Carry out inventory control of goods and assets;
• Conduct stock control, stock taking and stock audit;
• Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
