Our client GlaxoSmithKline Ltd, one of the world’s leading research-based pharmaceutical and healthcare company is seeking to recruit a Compliance Assistant

 Contract duration: 6 months

 Responsibilities

  • Assisting in compliance activities in operations on batch records data integrity and other operations records
  • Execute operations projects documentation in the respective QMS systems
  • Assist in compiling the structure for Operations competency and training requirements
  • Carry out Material issuance and returns, reconciliation and Labels management Kaizen
  • General review if operations documentations as per the Documentation and data lifecycle management standard
  • Liaise with Production Technicians to implement GDP and 5S in all areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Process Engineering.
  • E2E FMCG manufacturing knowledge will be an added advantage
