Requirements for the HR Manager Job

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • MBA is preferable
  • Higher diploma in HR
  • Must be a member of the IHRM and with a valid practicing certificate
  • A minimum of six years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Must demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Performance Management
