BUDGET: KES 30,000-40,000


  • Create a talent acquisition plan for every role
  • Develop and update job descriptions and adverts for different roles
  • Source and head hunt candidates for different roles
  • Schedule and Conduct Interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Act as a point of contact for all candidate relationships


  • A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruiting firm.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linkedin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources laws.
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
