The ICT Officer will be tasked with, supporting users in TIMS and ERP functionality for improved business results and improved client services, provision of inputs to the administrative business processes and maintenance of an up-to-date inventory of software and hardware.
They are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from a recognized university and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience as ICT Officer III.
The candidate will be expected to, prepare the annual tax deductions returns and furnish staff and the Board as appropriate, facilitate timely payments to suppliers, staff and the Board as well as monitor monthly revenues and expenses.
They should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Business related field, full professional qualification like CPA-K, ACCA or equivalent and be a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
The job holder will be required to, provide support in management of staff welfare and benefits requirements in the Authority, support in administration of staff welfare and benefits records as well as continuous preparation and review of staff bio-data.
They should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or in a related Social Science field from a recognized institution and a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.
The position holder will be expected to, assist in the allocation of office space, lease agreements, and ensure availability of office equipment, support in general office administration and will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulation are adhered to.
They should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Management or a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, from an Institution recognized in Kenya and a Diploma/Higher Diploma in fleet management, property management, Public or Business Administration, Government or a related field from a recognized institution.
The candidate will be required to, implement procurement policies, strategies and work plans, co-ordinate of procurement, stock control, asset disposal activities and records management and provide secretarial services to the various Procurement and Evaluation committees.
They should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or in a relevant field from an Institution recognized in Kenya, master’s Degree in a relevant field from an Institution recognized in Kenya and graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS) or equivalent.
