Should have 2-5 years’ experience, preferably in a PA/secretarial role/paralegal role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including; ability to use formulae, insert tables and provide analysis from tabular data)
Maintain and reconcile the cash collections to the sales and banking on a daily basis.
A Diploma in Business Administration and CPA Part II or its equivalent and basic book keeping and administrative skills highly desirable.
Ensure all licensing and permits are up to dat as well as collating and coordinating daily and weekly reports for the Director.
Must have 3 years plus work experience in a similar environment and must have a Diploma/Degree in Business Management.
Liaise with Recruitment Agency to ensure sales force/ staff strength is maintained and hiring needs are communicated and met.
1 – 3 years of administrative experience and organized, proactive, and effective communicator.
