People Foco Agency is a Privately owned organization whose concentration is assisting SME’s in managing their human resource needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for the company
  • Develop job descriptions for various open positions
  • Shortlist and conduct interviews
  • Regularly update staff leaves
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll and filing of statutory returns
  • Receive and respond to office calls
  • Documentation of staff details
  • Induction and orientation of new hires
  • Drafting engagement letters
  • Handle staff disciplinary issues

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Administration/Human Resource Management
  • At least 2 years of experience with a HR Consulting firm
  • Sound Knowledge of Kenya Labor laws
  • Must be registered with IHRM
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Possess good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and email
