Pursuant to County Government Act section 59 (1) (a) and (b) and the constitution of Kenya 2010, the County Public Service Board of Marsabit wishes to recruit competent and qualified citizens to fill the following vacant positions in the under listed County departments.

CPSBM 09/WENR/27/1/2021: Sewerage Inspector (Job Group J) – 2 posts

Terms of Service: Permanent and Pensionable

Responsibilities

• Carry out planning and supervision of construction works for water supplies and sewerage schemes;
• Compile operational and maintenance data;
• Supervise water supply operators and Artisans; and
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications                                                                                                                                                  

• Diploma in Water Supply Technology or Water Engineering from a recognized institution;
• Two years of experience in the same capacity
• Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution
• Demonstrated merit and shown ability as reflected in the work performance and results
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
