Personal Assistant Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the Governor’s diary;
  • Handling of correspondence and enquiries;
  • Managing appointments for the Governor;
  • Setting up meetings;
  • Managing the affairs of the Governor’s office;
  • Managing personal staff of the Governor; and
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Governor.

Qualifications for the Personal Assistant Job

  • Be a Kenyan citizen.
  • Be a holder of at least a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya.
  • KCSE Grade C+ and above.
  • Working experience of not less than 5 years.
  • Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) on leadership and integrity
