As Head of Market Research, you will play a key role in developing and influencing our brand, sales, marketing, and customer service strategies, as well as our software & hardware product design and pricing. You will provide day-to-day management of staff and initiatives and operate across teams to illustrate insights and share relevant learnings. With the support of a small team, you will implement the market research strategy and ensure excellent output for the commercial, product, and operations teams. You will serve as a champion for the voice of our customers and agents, helping to bring clarity around their behaviors and preferences through rigorous research, surveys, and in-depth analysis.
