We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Executives to help our client expand  business by actively
seeking and acquiring new clients.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Minimum diploma in any field Having a Bachelor’s degree is an added
  advantage
•  Communication Skills: requires sales representatives to possess strong communication skills useful
  in interacting clients to offer policy services
•  Persuasive Quality: Requires sales representatives that are skilled in convincing potential clients to
  subscribe to an insurance service
•  Analytical Skills: Requires the ability to analyze the requirements of a client and determine most
  suitable policy coverage.
•  Marketing Skills. Ability to achieve sales target set
•  Proven experience as an Insurance Sales person
• Sales experience in financial services e.g banks if not in insurance but with potential to sell
  insurance
• Good comprehension of insurance policies including motor, Home Insurance, property insurance
  etc.
• Ability to work with computers mainly excel, power point and word
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Resilient spirit and a persistent nature
•  Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
• Well organized with time great management abilities 

Responsibilities

•  Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new General insurance policies to both
  individuals, SME’s and corporates
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable insurance
  plans
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper insurance
  solution
•  Fulfill all company-established policy obligations while selling
