Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for achieving set targets and outcomes as per the agreed KPIs within stipulated timelines
· Pipeline generation and management
· Effective Management of sources of business
· Build meaningful customer relationships
· Identify opportunities by translating our products and services into value for customers
· Identify new markets and customers
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Preparation of weekly/monthly reports as required
· Team player with pleasant outgoing personality & resilience
· Proactive, confident, energetic & with ability to work under pressure. Knowledge and
Qualifications:
1. Diploma/ Degree in Agriculture, Floriculture/Horticulture Business Administration
2. Previous working Experience in agriculture-related field will be an added advantage
3. Field experience, interaction with flower farm owners highly preferred
4. At least 3 years of successful sales experience in either Flowers, Fertilizer or Seeds
