Our client is a private quality certification company with presence in 14 African countries across the African continent. The company combines local knowledge with expertise to provide competitive and impartial product and process assurance services to producers and processors locally, regionally and internationally for market access and sustainability.
To support its growth agenda, the company is seeking to appoint a Finance and Administration Manager. This is a senior management role in a medium sized company, hence strategic in the growth of the company. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager. S/he will develop and lead an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT.
