Our Client is a horticultural company that deals with growing, sorting & grading, packaging of fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables for the export market. We are looking for a Production Coordinator for them.

Position:Production Coordinator.

Salary Range : Ksh 40,000-60,000.

Location: Nairobi.

Responsibilities

• Raw materials planning and utilization ensuring that there is no wastage
• Labour planning and control of wastage in terms of
• Production planning
• Maintain the productivity index
• Ensure that all production targets are met and clients’ orders are processed on time as per their specification and delivered to the market on
• Ensure there is continuous improvement of productivity by building strong teams and promoting teamwork at the pack house and other departments
• Ensure OH&S practices are
• Provide daily/ weekly/monthly and annual reports to the Operations Manager and the Managing Director

Requirements.

• The successful candidate must have at least a diploma from a recognized university preferably in an agricultural related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar set
• Must have good task management skills
• Must have good communication and interpersonal relationship
• Must have good numerical and planning
• Must be a team player
• Must be honest, self-disciplined and of high
• Must be able to work under minimum supervision while meeting the set targets & deadlines
