Job Description
Our client a leading taxi company is currently looking to hire an Customer Relations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and spearhead cutting edge ideas to enhance brand visibility/awareness & onboard new customers
- Develop new business relationships & revenue streams
- Oversee timely response to Requests F or Quotations and compilation of tenders
- Develop and implement business development strategies & marketing campaigns
- Identify opportunities for diversification and geographical expansion
- Manage call center agents and ensure quality service delivery
- Manage reservations team and account managers to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business administration with a bias in marketing, Public relations or any other business related field
- Post graduate diploma in any business field
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- An eye for potential business opportunities & experienced in winning back lost business
- Impeccable integrity & CRM Systems proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective people management and motivational skills
