Job Description

Our client a leading taxi company is currently looking to hire an Customer Relations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and spearhead cutting edge ideas to enhance brand visibility/awareness & onboard new customers
• Develop new business relationships & revenue streams
• Oversee timely response to Requests F or Quotations and compilation of tenders
• Develop and implement business development strategies & marketing campaigns
• Identify opportunities for diversification and geographical expansion
• Manage call center agents and ensure quality service delivery
• Manage reservations team and account managers to ensure excellent customer service delivery
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business administration with a bias in marketing, Public relations or any other business related field
• Post graduate diploma in any business field
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• An eye for potential business opportunities & experienced in winning back lost business
• Impeccable integrity & CRM Systems proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective people management and motivational skills
