Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies in Kenya seek to hire a tuk tuk  Sales  Representative who will be tasked with end-to-end management of all bottom end consumer accounts specifically stock points, dukas & kiosks within the portfolio in the assigned region ensuring the effective management, growth, and development of accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Drive availability of Kim-Fay products in all outlets assigned to you and meet availability targets.
  • Carry out stock and cash reconciliation in liaison with your respective stock point on a daily basis. Ensure reconciliation report is signed by yourself, stock point manager and your line manager.
  • Undertake account and relationship management by providing information regarding products and developments. 
  • Undertake client visits via a predetermined itinerary, ensuring positive one-on-one relationships with key personnel to maintain client satisfaction. 
  • Capture all sales and trade activities on the Sales Force Automated system and ensure total adherence to all the requirements of the Sales Force Automated system.
  • Liaise with your line manager to resolve all client queries and issues in the shortest time possible. 
  • Compile and submit mandatory reports as per agreed format, timeline and company policy. 
  • Monitor activities and gather insights at the retail trade channel level. 
  • Identify new channels of opportunities for distribution and visibility of our brands. 
  • Protect and defend all company consumer accounts through solid relationship management.
  • Perform other duties as allocated.
