Responsibilities:

  • Creation of sales pitch and materials to present to clients
  • Creation of a good relationship management with clients
  • Increasing of the company’s revenue against set targets
  • Negotiating on contracts and packages with clients
  • Seeking of new opportunities through cold calling, cold emails, networking and social media.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Setting up of meetings with potential clients
  • Create and submitting of daily, weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

  • Diploma/ degree in sales and marketing or any other related field
  • Proven experience as a sales executive in a finance institution (sacco, insurance, banking etc) at least 2 years’ experience
  • Self – motivated and results driven
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office
  • Passionate in sales
  • Proficient in English
