Responsibilities

• Collecting, collating and compiling data;
• Receiving, recording, folioing and filling correspondences and documents;
• Indexing of documents and records;
• Photocopying and scanning documents;
• Maintaining and updating files;
• Keeping safe custody of equipment, documents and records.

Qualifications

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certificate in any of the following disciplines; Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, Kenya Accounts Technician Certificate (KATC), Supply Chain Management or Records Management lasting not less than six (6) months from a recognized institution;
• A Craft Certificate such as KAME or KATC or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
• Proficiency in computer applications.

In addition, all prospective candidates MUST satisfy the requirements of leadership and integrity as set out in Chapter six (6) of the constitution of Kenya and attach the following documents to their applications:-

1. Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission clearance Certificate (EACC)
2. Kenya Revenue Authority Tax compliance Certificate (KRA)
3. Higher Education Loans Board clearance Certificate(HELB)
4. Certificate of Good Conduct from Criminal Investigation Department (CID)
5. Certificate from Credit Reference Bureau
