Certificate or Diploma in Front Office Operations/Business Administration.
Relevant experience of two years
Develop office management policies and procedures manuals and ensure that they are adhered to.
Take lead role in planning, organising and implementing operations and procedures: managing correspondence; filing; procurement, inventory and supervision of administration staff and associated tasks
Receiving clients and visitors in the office
Minimum Diploma holder in relevant field of study
Analyzing and reporting on requests for recruitment from various Departments;
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant qualification from a recognized university/institution;
Human Resource Resourcing: Assist in attracting and retaining the required caliber of staff at appropriate staffing levels by managing the recruitment, selection, contracting, induction, probation, and staff deployment/redeployment processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences or any other related field from a recognized institution.
