We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of our brands. She/he is involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting the products through various social media channels. The incumbent is expected to work closely with the marketing and sales department to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback and representing the brands at the launches and events.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and networking skills, strong presence on social media platforms and having similar experience as brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired as well as knowledge in sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities

 Product Wet & Dry Sampling

• Conduct well-choreographed Product demonstration within the planned, agreed and approved route plan for the entire 75 day run.
• Conduct wet and Dry demo of Trufoods brands and Conduct at Least 3 product Activations in a day in such a way to represent the brands at the highest possible level
• Regular checks on all safety regulations for Sampling demos and medical licenses /health certificates, renewal with no downtimes. –  Distribute giveaways as per the approved plan, closely monitoring the effectiveness of the same to customers & consumers.
• Advise customers and consumers on product use knowledge, usage and benefits

Product awareness & Visibility

• Ensure Maximum placement of POS materials in the outlets for visibility purposes, Send all the reports in time, daily reports on WhatsApp and weekly on ROI
• Outlets product merchandise to ensure proper visibility and ultimate takeaway

On ground Activation Training

 Vet and train the casual help, on our requirements to fully be equipped with the accurate Product knowledge and their key responsibility

Regular renewal of Health licenses and ensuring safety of self, team, equipment and public.

Sales

Carrying out product listing/A seeding within the routes scheduled for activation to attaining a daily sale of Kes.30,000/=

Restocking customers, & consumers wishing to purchase the product upon demonstration.

Marketing Tools & Assets Management

Ensure that all demo equipment is well maintained and always in usable condition. Maintenance of Equipment (PA SYSTEM, Cooking & Demo Equipment, Banners, Teardrops, Mascot and other allocate. All equipment must be tidy and working

Manage the Demo stocks, POSM and Giveaways giving account on how they were utilized.

Reporting

• Daily reporting and updating the sales teams, TL’s and other teams on the route’s, market gaps and referred and interested customers for follow-up
• Daily Activities report, customer and consumer feedback as well as Competition reactions.
• Weekly stock reconciliation on both wet sampling and sales stocks report
• Referrals recruited and identified potential wholesalers

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Business related Field ,Degree an added advantage
• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Customer Service, Computer literacy, Supervisory, Communications skills, Administrative skills
