Our client a leading marketing agency is currently looking to hire Community & Content Management Intern.
Responsibilities
- Identifying the target audience for a particular campaign and deciding how best to communicate to that audience;
- Creating monthly content calendars across all SNS platforms and functional web;
- Interact with customers to align unselfish service of their needs, with each of their brand’s corporate objectives;
- Be the eyes and ears of the company’s brands as if the company’s own reputation depended on it;
- Build and maintain brand content distribution networks by way of social media channels;
- Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the company’s brand, report to appropriate parties;
- Interact with legal, search, client and cross corporate departments within the agency;
- Create content for feeds and snippets in various social media sites;
- Schedule content where necessary
- Participate in social media, as yourself and white hat avatars, on behalf of the company;
- Create and update reports where necessary;
- Any other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associates degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related;
- At least 3-6 months’ work experience or training in advertising, PR, online marketing or similar field;
- Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media;
- Demonstrated ability to map out a marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics;
- Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment;
