Administrative Officer Job at Alternate Doors

The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet customers requirements and ensure that high-quality work is produced within established deadlines.

Duties for the Administrative Officer Job

  • To maintain the records like stocks, teachers attendance, Students attendance and taking care of office duties
  • Collect and enter data of teachers, students, equipment and schools
  • Ensure quality service with efficient and effective management of available resources.
    Organise make up classes
  • Communicate and coordinate with different Department to ensure the operational support timely and efficiently.
  • Ensure and build professional relationship with Clients for smooth business operation.
  • Ensure preparedness for any crisis/accident/incident through employee awareness, and proper coordination with the stakeholders for smooth business continuity.
  • Strict monitoring and supervision of Teachers attendance
  • Investigate on teachers breaches and forward report.
  • Time management: personnel, timetable and documentation
  • Arrange for employee pick-drop and coordinate with fleet and vendor for vehicle availability.
  • Organize company events in coordination with concerned divisions.
  • Ensure cleaning of Talent Academies premises.
  • Ensure repair and maintenance of instruments, office equipments, fittings & fixtures, appliances etc.
  • Conflict / dispute resolution relevant to admin function.
  • Type and/or compose letters, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, purchase orders, contracts, memos, variances, narratives, vendor contracts, brokerage agreements, Letters of Intent and construction contracts as directed.
  • Photocopying, faxing, scanning and file administration as needed.
  • Dispatch reports to parents and feedback forms.

Administrative Officer Job Requirements

  • University or college degree in Business Administration
  • Computer and internet skills including MS Word, Excel, internet-based
